How To Use Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the heart and soul of Calma Eleganza but why and how do we use it? The idea of relaxation and releasing the day to day stress on all our lives is why I started Calma Eleganza. So it’s only natural that aromatherapy play a big role in the company. This line of candles has now been expanding into wax melts and air fresheners as popularity grows. More and more people are finding themselves feeling so much anxiety between work, family life, economy, health, and so much more. So looking to slow life down and calm the storms is better for all of us. But it’s not enough to just surround yourself with aromatherapy. Sure that helps but there are steps you can take to incorporate fragrance into your routines that will help you more. 
Aromatherapy is an experience. You use it along with other skills to calm your mind, body, and soul.  The idea is for you to take the time away from the craziness of your fast moving life and sit calmly. Utilizing slow breathing methods and clearing your mind. You can do this with meditation, yoga, stretching, or just sitting on the couch or bed. Light your aromatherapy candle or use your wax melt and slowly clear everything from your mind and concentrate only on your breathing and excepting the beautiful fragrance around you. But sometimes we need to slow ourselves down and destress in other places. That’s where the car air fresheners come in. So when your rushing around for your to do list, you can take a moment in your car to just breathe. Allow the aromatherapy to relax you. It’s also been suggested that hanging the air fresheners on both sides of the headboards of the bed or around a desk at work can help calm you as well. Or using the air freshener or candle in a bathroom so when you take a shower or bath the aroma just releases those tense muscles. There are so many different ways to use aromatherapy in our lives. But the idea around how to use it is all the same. Slow down, breathe in, clear your mind, and recharge. As much as we try to manage our lives we can’t control everything and stress will happen. But how we react to it, THAT we CAN control. So take a moment, relax, and light an aromatherapy candle. If you do it right you will not regret the time you spend on yourself!
