According to the Mayo Clinic spending quality time with friends and family can have a direct impact on your health and wellbeing. We all know that good friends and family are always there to help you celebrate all the successes and happy moments in your life. As well as support you when times get rough and you need a shoulder to lean on. But socializing with family and friends also prevents isolation and loneliness while giving you companionship.
